Apparently there was an update to Lightroom CC on the 15th June which, amongst other things, gives access to setting black and white points via local adjustment and a "De-haze" slider.
Has anyone managed to get this update? Mine is showing as up to date with Lightroom CC 2015. I've tried logging out and back in again.

Don't know about that particular point, but I've literally (this morning) upgraded to 2015 from 2014, only to find that the scripts which I installed (from Darrens EBS Script writer), have lost a lot of functionality.
In doing some quick reading, it seems they've updated the script engine which has caused quite a lot of scripts to now fail. :(

Reminds me of the old adage....

"Hardware eventually fails - Software eventually works"

You logged out of your computer or logged out of Adobe CC?

I had to log out of CC and back in again to see the new updates.

I logged out of CC and then back in again (Just tried it again.) When I open CC it shows Photoshop CC 2015 and Lightroom CC 2015 but no indication of updates available.
I've just removed my old versions of LM to see if that helps. Are you on Lightroom CC 2015.10 with the new toys? (Haze adjustments and so on.)

Haze adjustment takes a little finding, it has its own tab in the raw processor.

I would be more useful if you could use it with an adjustment brush or with a graduation tool. It has its own sliders but it works on the whole image.
I hope I am being thick and just haven't worked it out yet.

If I open a pic in Camera Raw (9.1) I can find the de-haze tool, I can't find it in Lightroom though, nor the Black and White sliders in the various local adjustment brushes
I'm not desperate to use these tools, more concerned that I don't appear to be able to access the updates that were released on 15th June. Here. http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/photoshop-lightroom/features.html

Aaaaah, I have not tried to find it in light room, as I tend to work in photoshop and camera raw. I only use light room for asset management.

Just found it in light room ... It is at the bottom of the column in Effects.
It can't be used with brushes it seems.

Not in mine I'm afraid. In the "Effects" panel I've just got Post Crop Vigneting and Grain, then the next panel is Camera Calibration.
Can I ask when you open the Creative Cloud panel, next to the Lightroom symbol does it say "Lightroom CC (2015) or (2015.1)

This is from the Adobe Lightroom FAQ page:
Why doesn't Creative Cloud recognize updates for Lightroom?
Creative Cloud may incorrectly report that Lightroom is up-to-date, because Lightroom handles updates differently from other Creative Cloud products. Updates for Lightroom must be installed through Lightroom by choosing Help > Updates.

If I go to Help>Updates via lightroom it just takes me to the same Creative Cloud panel!
Anyone else having this problem?

My Lightroom updated without issue (I had to log out of CC and back in again for the updates to show) and I have the new tweaks.

My Creative Cloud panel simply says "Lightroom CC (2015)", and in the "About Photoshop Lightroom CC..." bit in LR it reports "2015.1 Release" & "Camera Raw 9.1".

My lightroom is (2015) .10
I had trouble down loading it at first, but suceeded the next day.
like you it took me to the cc panel.

It just seems very flakey.

All sorted now. I did the "Live Chat" thing with someone at Adobe who then took control of my computer to sort it.
She seemed to be all over the place but got there in the end. I hope she hasn't screwed anything up!....Or found my "Stash"!!:exit:
Thanks all for your input.

Hi I have done an update on Bridge CC and Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC went a bit weird first but not got round to using it proper yet will look out for things happening.

Bit of a stupid and unintuitive one this from Adobe. I always assumed that updates were done via the Cloud App, this one is yes, but you have to launch it from Lightroom or Ps to get it.
I've been trying to get it to download and install for days using the Cloud App, it was showing it there as 2 updates but would always fail to install. Launched the App from within Lightroom this afternoon and bang...................................both updates worked this time. Ffs Adobe................................make your bloody minds up which way we are going to get updates, or at least tell us if you have changed things Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

It's crying out to have it added to the grad tool and adjustment brush... there are times when i dont want it applied to the whole scene..

Anyone else finding the latest version running slow? Seems to be crawling on my PC. Panning around an image on my Wacom doesn't appear to working either...
