Lightroom/Blurb - Accessing collections in 'Book' module

I am in the process of preparing several travelogues for printing as Blurb books using Lightroom's in-built module. I have created collections for each book ("Vienna", "Isles of Scilly" etc.) and I have created books. However when in the Book module, when I select the book I am only able to view one photograph with which I started the book and not the entire collection I set aside for inclusion in the book.

How can I link the book so that the filmstrip displays the entire collection of photographs?

I'm not familiar with the Blurb module per se, but if it's anything like the way other bits of Lightroom work, you might need to have all the images selected before you can see them there.
