Lightroom and silver efex pro 2 workflow questions.

Hey guys

I've just got my hands on silver efex pro 2 and glad that lightroom has been updated to 4.1 and fixed the edit in bug. Now the question is what is your workflow when using lightroom and silver efex pro 2?

Do you get the photo edited in lr4 before sending over to silver efex or do you send it straight over to silver efex pro and then reimport back into lr4 so you can get it as you want it?

I don't use Silver Efex very much but as with any plug-in I prefer to process in LR first. I find if I get the colours, tones and contrast right it makes the job easier.

I export to PS and use the plugins there
