Lightroom and Email

I know there a export for email in lightroom but is there not a easier method?

In aperture I could select a image and click email and it goes straight to my email software...

I like lightroom very much but some things I am missing that aperture had

Pretty easy in Lightroom - you can modify the preset to send the image anywhere you like.

Have just figured it out shame it save the export in a folder too rather it just export straight to mail rather than having extra files all over

There are at least two LR plugins available that export either straight to your mail client mail directly with SMTP presets.
