Lightroom 4 Problem???

As you all may know I have moved over to Lightroom 4. Today I have notice when viewing pictures in Library Mode in Lightroom they not as good as they appear when in Develops mode ie the vignette effect i add are not as smooth in the Library mode but when i go over to develop they perfect.

How do I get the Library mode to make the images look better
 
Ok that such a shame as in Aperture I was able to have it to render the whole image or preview image
 
It may be to do with the preview setting you have selected when loading. This is the setting which controls the quality of the library module displays

Not at my pc so can't be sure, but it's somewhere in the preferences or settings menu. Try "standard" as a starting point

Downside is the first few images take longer to display on import, but as LR continues to import in the background, after the first few you tend not to notice
