Lightroom 4 not updating.

I recently purchased Lightroom 4 which is version 4.2 and when I start Lightroom I get a pop up saying v4.3 is available for download so I click on the update button and download it.
The problem is that it is still version 4.2 after the install and it says version 4.3 is available yet again.

So I am getting nowhere with the update.

Anyone got any ideas.

If I click the updates tab it goes to a web page with full instructions stating you have to manually install be clicking the .exe file.
It's 770mb so not a minor tweak.
 
It doesn't look worth doing to me since it's mostly about RAW support for more cameras - assuming yours is already covered.
 
It also has unspecified bug fixes

Thanks all, ianmarsh was correct as it did direct me to 4.2 so I just looked for 4.3 and that sorted it.
