Have you set the printer paper option to borderless? This fooled me initially.
Select paper option for borderless, then set the margins in the print module to give edge to edge printing
It's a definite possibility that your printer isn't capable of borderless printing.
Which printer do you have?
Once you've set the paper option to A4 Borderless make sure the margins are then set to zero. Ensure that the cell size is set to the maximum size in both dimensions. Finally make sure you have the Zoom to Fill option ticked at the top of the print dialogue box.. Also make sure all Strokes are turned off.
If it still prints with a border it's probably due to the fact the printer does not support borderless printing
According to the intertubes, your printer is capable of borderless printing.
Have a look at this video tutorial. It may help.
Incidentally, putting "LR3 borderless printing" into Google produced quite a few results. Might be worth a go.
