Hi,

Done a quick search but didn't seem to find anything!

Where is the cheapest place for the full version? I'm running a trial version of 2 but want 3!

Not eligable for Student/Teach (not sure on the verification procedures) so presume I need to pay the £199 + Vat from Adobe site????

Cheers,
Carl.

There was a discount code mentioned on one of the LR3 threads, although I'm not too sure when that ran out. I think I've got about a week left to activate my trial.

I bought the upgrade direct from Adobe and with cash back (currently 12%) from TopCashBack it cost me ~£70 net, saving a little over £7.

Upgrade from what? LR2 the Full Version!

I've only got a trial! Need to buy a full version!

Just looking to save a few quid! Just bought an Mk4 so bit skint!

Carl.

Upgrade from LR2 full to LR3 full.

My point was that there is 12% cashback available when buying via TCB, so that 12% will also apply to the full version of LR3.

I bought the full version through adobe with the same 12% cashback via quidco

I also use Quidco, but I thought that the £2 signup bonus at TopCashBack (until 5th July) and no further fees was more attractive than the £5 annual fee for Quidco.

There may well be situations where Quidco does offer a better deal, but in this instance, for a one off purchase, TopCashBack will see you better off than Quidco to the tune of £7.

What's the average it takes for you guy to get your cashback? I know there is an average payback stat on the topcashback link I checked out. I think it'd give me 10% on adobe products (i assume that includes an upgrade to cs5 which is what i'd want) 30% would be nicer :D

Quidco can (and frequently does) take months. Nice surprise when it does turn up though!

For my Adobe transaction, recorded on 8th June, TopCashBack is forecasting a date payable of 25th July, but they are at the mercy of the retailer and that date may or may not be met. They will only pay up once they have the money. I've got a couple of transaction with eBay that were completed in the last week of May and they just became payable in the last 24 hours, so that's about six weeks. Some products, such as insurance, may take around six months before paying up. Usually it is around 2-3 months for most things to filter through the system.
