Just downloaded from the Adobe www.

I can't seem to find any info on whether it's time limited (like Adobes 30 day trials etc).

can anyone using or who's used the release candidate confirm?

Yes, Time limited but 3.6 will be out before too long. I needed it as it fixed a bug I was seeing in one of my publish services.

Oh just realised its only a normal update, so won't be time limited and will be free.
