Not sure if this has been mentioned somewhere here, apologies if so, but version 2.2 covers the Canon 5D Mk II amongst other little tweaks, so this is just a heads up

PS. this is quite a large update compared to others - 129MB

Sounds like you're in one of the full screen modes, keep pressing F until you get the title bar back.
