Lighting Video?

Does anyone have a link to a nice long video, on the introduction to lighting? Something like that?

Or is there a good repository of decent videos. Longer the better. The ones on youtube seem very short

Iv got a video, its about 30 feet long ,lol, ha no seriously , why you want a video ? What kind of lighting setups/techniques are you after? There are many guides online im sure, I personally subscribe to practical photography mag and they had a huge article once on studio lighting and use of flash etc, lots of handy tips in that, probably on there website ?
