Hi...I am looking to recreate something similar to this (nude pic link, please do not click if offended, very tame though :-) ) with the wife.

She will actually be sitting up with her back to me and Im wanting to throw her right side into shadow

Currently have two EP300's, one shoot through brolly and two reflector brollies. Would i be able to recreate this with that gear ?

If not, suggestions appreciated

Yes, or at least with the reflective umbrellas, but it's a hard-work way of doing it and you'll need quite a lot of flagging to reduce unwanted spill.

The best tool for this job is a rectangular softbox with a honeycomb, it will be far more precise. If you also have a boom arm, it will make the job even easier

What about the strip box Garry, would that not aslo work well or would the fall off at the ends be worse?

The strip softbox would be ideal - but it's really a bit specialised, so something like a 70 x 100cm softbox might be a better choice, as it is a very useful general purpose softbox that can be used for other things too.

You can make a large snoot from a thin box or alternatively shoot in a large room. In a smaller room with white walls, you will get a lot of spill that will lower the contrast.

In any event, the 100 x 70cm softbox can be adapted to narrow the 70cm and act like the strip box with black plastic bags.................... worth experimenting
