Lighting DVDs: Your chance to watch them.

Well Gary Wood seems to be flitting on and off the forums, but has not had the decency to either contact me by PM or post in this thread to explain his lack of action.

I shall give him a call tomorrow as I got his numbers from his website.
 
Coming a bit late to the party i know, but I'd like to join the list the watch these.
 
Gary Wood PM'd me this afternoon to say that the DVDs are on their way to the next person, hopefully the list will continue a bit more steadily from now on.

On receipt of the DVDs please post in the thread, when finished with them or at the end of the 7 days (whichever comes first) and they are posted on please post in the thread!
 
I would like to add a further condition, on receipt of the DVDs could you please post in this thread that they have been received, you will then have 7 days to watch them and post them on! After posting, again please post in the thread that they are on their way!

List as of today, in the correct order (if I have missed anyone that qualifies please let me know)!

Okay all, just to reiterate the conditions:

They are to be sent by Recorded delivery, people wishing to join the list must be able to post in the classified section (ie 100+ posts and time served). It is expected that a week from receipt should be sufficient time to watch them and post them on.

Watched them over the weekend, thanks again ED, and posted them out today 1st class recorded.

Bill & Ben should receive them tomorrow if not Wednesday, they will need to be signed for.
 
Hi, just to let everyone know that I have now recieved them and shall be watching them shortly, or maybe sunday. So will be posted out on monday at the latest.

Sending a Kryptix to request details right after this post.
 
I have sent Kryptix a message but did not get a reply, i have now sent another message asking for his details, if i dont get a reply i will send to the next on the list.

Unfortunatly I am now unable to send until Thursday morning, so they will be off then.
 
I have also just sent CSB a message asking him for his details should i not here back from Kryptix.
 
As i did not get a reply from Kryptix the DVDs were posted today to CSB.
 
I received the DVDs today, one of them doesn't have a front cover, is that how its meant to be?
 
How many have you got? There should be three now!
 
I have Product Photography with Mike Fieldhouse in a case with sleeve, Jon Gray's Lighting Masterclass in a case with sleeve and Lighting Essentials 1, Don Giannatti in a case but without a sleeve.

Ed does the first post need to be updated? seems to be a a few of us asking to be on the list that arent on it? or is there a reason we're not on it? :shrug:

I only update the list about once a month, don't worry if you qualify then you will take your place next time I get around to it. The list is so long currently that it does not really matter in the grand scheme of things. The list was updated on the 12 Nov, just before you asked to join it.

DVDs posted to Rickydiver today via special delivery, I missed the collection though so you wont get them until Tuesday. I have the tracking number if you want me to PM it to you.
 
Cool thanks CSB I will look out for them on Tuesday and will post on here when they have arrived safely :) Who's next then? just going to check.

I'm in the same boat, I'd love to see the videos but I've only just joined and am more of a reader than a poster as there's so much on these forums and I don't want to keep repeating old questions.

Go to a local meet, have fun and learn.
Then make friends with someone local on the list and have a night of beer/wine and Lighting DVDs :clap:

Will look into that, think I just missed a Manchester meet.
 
According to the post office website the DVDs have been delivered to Rickydiver today.
