Whats the best the best way to shoot anyone with glasses to avoid the reflections etc.

make the light source oblique, so the reflections bounce away from the lens not into it, try with a mirror

Ask the sitter to raise the arms of the glasses off the ears slightly so that the lenses of the glasses are not flat with the lens of the camera.

And hope they dont have that coating on them, that no matter which way they look, reflects green/ red.
I hate that stuff!
