So, who was out taking light trail pictures over the M6 between Stafford services and J15? There must have been 10 to 15 toggles frightening the life out of motorists and reducing the overall speed down to 60mph!
The two guys a couple of bridges earlier didn't affect the speed of the traffic at all. Must of been the high visibility jackets they were wearing! They cheekily had mates parked up in a couple of cars on a refuge area of the motorway.
