Light Tent use

What is everyones opinion this light tent and How do you go about using it, Do you need any other forms of external flash guns?

I have no idea about setting up my own mini product studio, If anyone can point me in the way of setting one up it would be appreciated.

I have that exact one, i used it initially with halagon work lights and get quite good results with this. recently i have been using my flash inside it with stuff on top of it.

The big problem i have with it is A i have never been able to get it back in its bag and B the wire isnt that strong and it doesnt hold its shape very well. If you look on my flickr you can see it in action

If your going to use it at home only, you could make a great set-up for around 50p plus lights of course, all you need is a cardboard box, some white baking sheet paper and two cheap 500w builders lights, and use them to great effect.

I'll try and dig out a photo.
