Light room 3 PRICE

Interesting, they have a lot of software at very good prices. I can't find anything obviously dodgy, they give an office address, and a quick google doesn't show anything negative.
Id be interested to know how it goes, Photoshop Cs5 for under £400 sounds good to me.
 
Their address in residential area just few minutes walk from my work, but I can't find that it would be registered as company through Companies House. To good to be true? I probably would avoid unless they would agree I can come and collect the package :)
 
Their address, 26 York Street, appears to be a 'virtual office' providing a telephone answering service and the photo of the address doesn't resemble 'purpose built offices' that they boast of in their About Us.
