Wondering if anyone can help an old man out.

Purchased a used Sekonic L308B from ebay which turned up today, it has no instructions so im a little stuck.

Problem is it is adjusting the shutter speed in full stop increments so 1/60 - 1/125 - 1/250 i plan to use this for studio and would like a shutter of 1/200, i would prefer this in 1/3 increments tbh. I have searched the forum and found a thread on it and it says to hold down the Mode button while turning the unit on. I have tried this and it just displays the battery indicator.

Is there another way to do this?

just googled it and found a link 308B only does full stop increments lmao trust me to buy the wrong one. nevermind normally only shoot at 1/125 & 1/250 anyway

If you're using it for studio, it doesn't matter what the shutter speed is. The flash duration is so short that it defines the shutter speed, not the shutter ;)
