I believe it's rated to a mean of 150,000.

Hey, dumb question here, but what's the difference? Do you mean, pressing and holding for a burst counts as one, whereas three separate shots count as three?

1 click = 1 acuation :)

Do a burst of 5 shots = 5 actuations.
 
I can't see that it matters one jot whether you call them clicks or actuations, cycles or shots. They all add up to the same thing:shrug:
