Lickey Incline - Info please

Hi - I would like to visit the Lickey Incline near to Bromsgrove could anyone tell me the best place along the line?? I have checked out Google Map and see that Pikes Pool Lane runs along side the track at one point is this location any good please.
Also do steam locos run along this track and is there a website where I could check dates etc.
Appreciate any help.

Pikes Pool Lane is well below railway level for most of the time and I find that this does rather constrain the potential photos. I have taken some from where the lane goes under the railway,but mostly by going into the surrounding fields. The best option from Pikes Pool Lane itself is at the north end near Burcot and looking across the fields.

Classic Lickey location is Vigo (see here for shots from Vigo), just outside Burcot. Good views in both directions from either side of the line, with parking on the lane to the crossing.
 
Thanks for the link Jonathan will follow that up, what line would that be on please.
Evening Star that was the location I was looking for, saw the photos before and thought it was an ideal spot.....do you by any chance know the name of the lane at Vigo (for my Satnav).
