Edit My Images
Yes
I have some shots that I have taken that I want a charitable org to be able to use freely but still leaves the copyright with me.

I am happy for them to use the pics aspart of their promo material, web site, magazine and even for merchandising but dont want them to be able to sell the images on to anyone else.

does that make sense?

is there anywhere that would provice a suitable usage licence or can anyone point me to one that I can butcher?

I have ever "sold" any pictures before so this is all quite new to me

I'd give them to them with a licence stating they are for use by them for promo material, web site, magazine, merchandising etc but that you retain the copyright and any usage other than the ones stated need your written permission and anyone other than the charity needs to contact you for a licence. Also make it clear that the copyright remains with you.

Yes, just get them to sign some terms and conditions. Unless you sign away the copyright, then it is still yours, but you may aswell remind them in the t&c that this is the case.
