library probs in aperture 3

just went to order some prints on line,some projects i could not open/view,hence could not order.can i arrange all projects/photos to be in same library(could order all prints from apple,but not other companies).hope my queery makes sense,but its doing my swede in!!

Err, yeah, you should be able to just drag everything into one library, not really sure what that's got to do with print ordering though.

I'd put them all into a collection rather than a library (might be semantics but hope it helps)

I tend to use one library with many projects within and create albums for specific purposes of the various projects or just from one project. That way the photos stay where they are, you can easily reorder them for any representation that you want. If that makes sense.
