Does anybody know any insurance companies who does Liability Insurance for wedding photographers ???

This is one that I personally have been looking at recently.

I'm not a wedding photographer, but I may invest in the professional (All Risk) package. Pay monthly and you get 1.25m of cover per incident. Pay yearly and it's 1m per incident.

I buy my Liability Insurance through Lifesure (www.lifesure.co.uk) and pay about £90 per year for Sports Photography, worth asking them about your requirements!

I do Weddings and insured for public liability through Photoguard. Premium depends on your requirements.

looking at the rates quite often there is an Amateur and a professional - If you were taking pics of a wedding that people might buy - (but perhaps not the main photographer) does that make you a professional?

Professional - can be interprited diffrent ways but most places say if you earn / charge for your services your a pro. Amateur you dont get payed.
