The left side (grass and leaves especially) looks rather bright to me, the seat cushion seems a little blown though that could be my work monitor. The right looks fine so would be tempted to keep the levels and burn the brighter areas?
 
A little bright and a litttle yellow on my monitor. But as Taxilian says the right side isn't too bad, I'd go with his idea.
 
I agree about the left hand side.

You could try a levels adjustment layer in conjunction with gradiant on the layer mask to get a smooth graduated darkining of the l/h side.
