Yes
Just bought one of these gimbal heads after I posted on on here a few months ago asking for a recommendation.
I have never owned a gimbal head before so I can't compare it to other more expensive models but for the cost of £147 I am impressed.
It's fair to say I'm a person who is particular about any product I buy and I'm not disappointed with this purchase. It is very well made and feels precise and smooth.
I'm looking forward to using it with my 400mm f2.8

I agree.. Mine is excellent! Good value for money. I use it with my 150-600 Tamzooka.

The fellow that makes these is absolutely first class. I bought one some years ago and decided quickly that it wasn't exactly what I wanted. He'd refunded me even before I'd posted the gimbal back to him!
I'm seriously considering buying the smaller travel gimbal from him.

A fantastic piece of engineering

Let me know if you buy the travel one. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.

I use the Traveller with my 150-600 Robert. I can't fault it really- though I found the l-bracket to be a bit of an after-thought. If I was using something significantly bigger and heavier I'd probably go with the RH2- not because the Traveller is weak but I think the bottom mount would make more sense from a balance/convenience/security point of view. The 150-600 has a relatively shallow tripod mount- so it's still pretty easy to balance with the side mount of the Traveller.
Build quality and service are top notch.
