I booked a Nikon 70-200mm a few weeks in advance for the Jim Clark Rally as a backup and I would just like to say the service was/is superb. I was constantly notified of the dispatch status and a full set of instructions (including returning back to LFH) was included in the fully padded box that also had a simple one pull tape for easier opening of the package to minimise damage.
The lens itself was optically superb and also included a decent UV Filter - actually the lens looked virtually unused so no complaints there.
With regards to sending it back they even supplied a sticker making it a lot more convenient then attempting to scribble the address on the parcel yourself!
So in summary LFH is a first class provider of lenses when you need it and would not hesitate to use them again. AAA+++
