www.wildlifewatchingsupplies.co.uk have alternatives, but they don't seem to fit as well and aren't custom cut to each camera/lens.

Strange you should say they aren't custom cut. Mine are - they are sold for a specific lens and he does a range. I had Lenscoat and have swapped to the Wildlife Watching Supplies covers. They are thicker, so offer a bit more knock protection, cheaper and I'd rather support a fellow British photographer than a an American corporation.
Kevin is also open to doing specials - he did a cover for my 400/5.6 without the cutout for the tripod foot as I always use it handheld.

Yip in these times i would rather give my money to a UK based company--wasnt always the case though.They do a fit for my Sigma so i will order one of those this week. Many thanks.
