Lens stuck at 3.5

I have a nikon 18-135 lens and lately it's getting stuck on 3.5 even in manual mode it's sticks any help or advice how this can be fixed (if possible ).

Have you tried, Mark, to clean the contacts body/lens?

If you look at the body end of the lens, there should be a little metal tag that is in a channel. This should move freely and controls the aperture. Make sure this isn't obstructed or damaged at all. Likewise, have a look inside the camera body and look for obstructions.

You can see the tab just to the side of the glass at 3 o'clock on the photo below.

No idea I done what was said it move lever and I used a blower on it so fingers crossed
