Lens recommendation for sports on a Olympus E-410

Hi, I'm after a new lens for taking shots of sports like MTB and BMX mainly biking as I do this kind of stuff, for my Olympus E-410, Any recomendations ?

Well, if you can afford it go for one of the top pro lenses, but since you are using a low-end Oly body and not an E-30/E-5 I guess you have a limited budget?

The 12-60mm SWD has lightning fast Auto Focus but it will cost you...

How close are you going to be? Anyof the SHG lineup will do, but they don't come cheap and don't work at their best on the lowly models.
