lens hire for sony a350

photoclubalpha used to have an arrangement for members.
I think that the stock got moved to Photostore UK though so you might want to ask Adrian there.
 
I'd be interested to know whether you find anywhere. We get enquiries about hiring Sony lenses from time to time, and it would be good if there were somewhere I could recommend.

Last year for a time, Photostore UK announced on their web site that they would be hiring out Sony lenses. But then the announcement just disappeared.
 
So have you tried contacting Photostore UK, then? What did they say?
 
yes i did email him and this was the reply:

Hi, currently the lens hire service is not in operation, your email has been placed on file should this situation change I will be in touch again.

ive been googling it for hours and so far all usa baised with no overseas shipping

It's the old chicken and egg syndrome again. I'm looking to maybe hire a good A-mount lens for some of the air shows this summer, having difficulty still as I search for a supplier. If they don't stock the lenses to hire out then they'll never know about the demand.
