lens help needed

HI,

I am planning a trip to the Aviation low flying area Mach Loop in Mid Wales to do some low level flying photography.

Currently i have a 70-200 f2.8 lens, can anyone suggest which is the best conerter either 1.2x or 2x to keep some good image quality.
 
There's no 1.2x converter - I think you mean the 1.4x TC.

Either way, if IQ is your main priority then the shorter TC will deliver the better results.

Also the 2x will compromise quality too much on your lens so the 1.4x seems to be the only choice (you can also find 1.7x TC's if you look around but not sure what the quality would be like.
