Can't see this post lasting... rules state that you need a minimum of 100 posts to sell anything. Stick it on e-Bay though, worth a punt.

Hi roddieboy,

To post a for sale item, you meet the criteria of being a member for at least a month, but also need to have a minimum of 100 posts, then the forum software gives you this priviledge..

As others have said, it's very likely the moderators will remove the ad.

The thing is Mark it took 6 minutes to remove the post, had it been a Nikkor 50mm f1.8 it would have already sold :D

I wonder what the record is for a quick sale? I bought andy_fozzy's flash last night within 2 minutes of it being posted.....any advance on that?

Or any Canon or Nikon lens, come to think of it :)

I can't recall since I've been on here anything that's sold quicker than 2 minutes, except that Hassleblad that I had for sale at £39,000

Nikon 50 1.8
Nikon 24-70
Nikon 70-200
and possibly the Nikon 14-24

They would have sold within minutes...:naughty:

My Nikon 50mm 1.4 went in about 2/3 minutes if I remember right....
