Yes. If you can't use a lens hood, then flag the flash so it only shines on the subject, not the lens. Difficult when you're that close though, try moving the flash so it's behind the lens.
Pardon my ignorance, but what is it supposed to be? Did it have to be a fisheye?
Why can you not show the image? Carefully placed flashes will not flair on a fish shooting skate stuff. Try flagging the flashes to stop light hitting the lens
