is this purely from the angle of my flashes to the lens? how do i stop this stuff? can't use a hood as its a fisheye.

Yes. If you can't use a lens hood, then flag the flash so it only shines on the subject, not the lens. Difficult when you're that close though, try moving the flash so it's behind the lens.

i would post the whole image to show how wide and difficult it was but i'm not allowed.
 
Pardon my ignorance, but what is it supposed to be? Did it have to be a fisheye?
 
Fisheyes will always suffer lens flare its just one of them things. Hood will help a little maybe.
 
What lens is it as some will control flare a lot better than others ?
