Lens condensation problem

I have just come in from trying to shoot the meteors and I know I had several and a really excellent one but the lens was in condensation and I have nothing.:shake:
Anyone have any advise to try to stop this happening ?

the lens will steam up if it's colder than the ambient temperature, it's usually best to give the gear time in situ so the temperature can even out before you try shooting.

What I meant was condensation
