Lens Cloths

The TP lenscloth is fab! Maybe we should badger the admin to get some more :)

Edit: Just looked at your link, and that is basically the one that I have. Mine isn't stiff

I buy microfibre cloths - the green ones from Liddl. They work very well, and being a decent size I lay it across the LCD screen of my DSLR to stop it scratching when facing upwards in my camera case.

i use one from jessops, its a blue one and its great...

i nicked it from the mrs, she had it for her binoculars ( that she doesnt use anymore..)

For critical cleaning you're better off with a quality lens tissue and some IPA (isopropyl alcohol). Use jet air to blow away big particles. Use lens tissue for the final clean. Wipe once then throw the lens tissue away. Any re-usable 'cloth' or tissue carries the danger of trapping a grain of grit or other contamination and scratching your glass. Not reccomended!

T shirt, anything on the lens isn't going to be in focus...

Pecpads wet and dry with eclispe fluid are my favourite along with a micro cloth for a quick wipe. ;)

Alby....maybe better to expand on this. Halfords sell "Wet and Dry" but I wouldn't like to use it on a lens. (Tried on an MP-E I had with disasterous results so had to sell it quickly )
