Lens Cleaning Tips and Kits

Guys - ive now put some kit together and wish to keep it in tip top condition. can anyone give me advise on Cleaning the Lens and Body etc. What it the best cleaning kit to use?

I've recently bought a few micro-fibre cloths. Are these OK to use?

With lenses I always use a len pen (the brush end) first to remove any possible grit then finish off with a microfibre cloth to clean the optics.
The body and lens casing I just wipe over with a microfibre cloth.
