Does anyone here know any sites that contain good tutorials about disassembling lenses for cleaning, etc?
 
The best advice I'd have would be: Take it to a competent service centre, unless you don't care about the outcome very much. Lenses are precision pieces of equipment.
 
it's some cheap lenses i've got that have little value, by any chance you know any good lens service centre in london?
 
I don't personally no - I've only ever used Canon Elstree who were excellent, of course no use if they are legacy/Nikon lenses.
