i'm looking for a decent lens for landscaping work. any suggestion? currently an eos 450D holder. for budget.. i couldn't afford any L lenses yet ^.^;;

p/s: anyone can give me links to shops other than jacob, jessops and pixmania? i can usually buy stuff online as there's no camera shop near my place :/
 
Sigma 10/20? Sigma 12/24 or Tokina 12/24?

i got the bundled 18-55 IS wih my 450D. i'm planning to buy a 55-250 IS. that's all i have right now.. >.<

someone suggest me a 50mm f1.8 mk II. but i heard it only good for portait work..
 
The 18-55mm IS kit lens will be fine for a lot of landscape work, unless you want something which has a really wide angle of view. If you do, there are a number of options - Canon 10-22mm, Sigma 10-20mm, Sigma 12-24mm, Tamron 11-18mm, Tokina 11-16mm, Tokina 12-24mm - costing from roughly £300 to £500.
