Mate, seriously, I would encourage Lencarta to look for a new host. Regardless of the circumstances - miscommunication, dropped ball or whatever, it really matters not - replacing a client's site with an "Account Suspended" notice is crass, incredibly harmful to their business, and just plain... icky.

I took delivery of a Safari kit yesterday and was looking for operational instructions on the battery pack - can't believe none were included.

When the website is back online - will I be able to find a PDF or some such manual there? 600 lids for a battery and a sheet of paper can't be stuffed in the box?

Other than that - I am very happy with the kit.

We supply pdf instructions for flash equipment, it's a better way of doing things as they can be updated immediately whenever there are even the smallest improvements to the product. The instructions are downloaded by clicking on the big green box "Please click here to download the instructions" on the page you bought it from:)
But, right now the website is down, so you can't, and I'm not getting emails through the lencarta site either. If you email me personally, garry (at) photolearn dot co dot uk I'll be happy to email the instructions to you.

The problem seems to be with the website itself, not with the hosting, which is more than adequate. A brand new website is just a week or maybe 2 weeks away now, hopefully the new website will completely solve this and other problems. It MUST be finished before Focus on Imaging, all the new products are on it...
