They were an ebay-only item sold some years ago, I think the set was about £380 but prices have gone down/spec has gone up a lot since then.

200Ws, full to 1/8th power adjustment, recycling was slow and the reflector is fixed not interchangeable.

OK if you can get them cheap enough, but you would be better with the current models

So what value would you put on them before you head down the new route?
 
I'm sure that guy was selling them for £220 last week. clearly didnt go and he's had it relisted as an auction.

Personally, about £150
But I've seen them sell for more than the new price...
 
LOL Garry, i was hoping to snag for less as a first try, I understand that they are old, and new is much better but for a hobbyist I can combine them with the flashes and get white backgronds and hairlights etc.
Thanks for the heads up Imran, i suppose they could be useful with the stands etc.
 
I missed it went for £92, I bid £90
 
they were good enough i guess for a beginner

i was going to go for them myself if it wasnt pick up only. i aint drivin' to london foo'!
