My Lencarta Safari battery died a death because I had neglected to charge it correctly.
After talking to Garry he asked me to send it back to him so he could try to regenerate it for me. Thankfully it worked and I now have a battery thats working perfectly.
The cost? Nothing! Great service as usual from Garry and Lencarta
