Lencarta Spares

Does anyone know if you can get spare parts for Lencarta Flash heads.

I have a Smart Flash 200 and the body where the threaded screws tightens against the post on the stand has sheared off as shown in diagram below.

Just had an email conversation with Garry at Lencarta and all sorted now, excellent customer service, big thumbs up and a 10 from Len to Garry and Lencarta.
