I would just to share with forum about my experience with Lencarta.

I want to thank personally Garry Edwards for replying to me on the forum, taking my call on Friday and answering email on a Saturday... sorry for all the questions Garry but we got there lol.

People often forget how important service is in this day and age, how wrong as its free and it works. I wouldn't be buying Lencarta if it weren't for the service I have recieved.
It is for that reason I have as of 5pm tonight joined the Lencarta family in buying a 4 head setup.
Keep up the good work and I hope I can give the same service to my customers

A shoot that really works makes all the difference. Congratulations for your clay shooting and for keeping up the tradition of Lencarta.

Cheers garry, good service is a dying trait in the uk, I started my business in September and I see the fruits of that free simple giveaway (good service), that reason for them to return, that reason for them to recommend me to others.
 
I would like to endorse these positive comments regarding Lencarta service.

Garry is a great guy and has always been most helpful with any little niggles I had. His love for photography always shines through and he will talk to you for ages, if you let him, lol!

I have 3 x Lencarta Smartflash and other of their products they have always performed faultlessly. I am as pleased as Punch with them!

I heartily recommend them!

Just want to add that I'm very happy with my Lencarta UltraPro 300 and 60x90 Profold softbox. Garry was very helpful during the purchase process :clap:

Actually, just one small niggle about Lencarta and that's about their website and online ordering. Why is it that the status of an order never progresses past the "processing" status?

Yes, the goods are delivered, very quickly in most cases, but even then the status still says "processing" and it would be really nice to know when an item has "shipped"...;)

Yes, the website has a lot of faults, it's costing Lencarta business and is inconveniencing customers, but unfortunately nothing can be done to improve the present one and getting a replacement website is taking longer than expected.
