What is the score with this if the model wants to do it and you have somewhere that obviously isn't the high street. Can you get your collar felt for this? If it is the models idea is she liable should said collar feeling take place?

Anyone any idea?
 
I would imagine there are laws against it, public exposure etc. There's always some idiot out there who would call the police so it may be best to actually contact your local police station and see what they say?
 
AIUI the law doesn't prohibit public nudity so long as the intent is not to cause fear or alarm. If you're somewhere quiet there shouldn't be a problem, even if someone complains the intent still needs to be shown for any action beyond arrest to get anywhere. Of course that does mean your model could end up being detained at the local nick.

I think I would rather feel his collar than any other part of him..(strangely, he was a she in the first post..)
 
Just make sure you are 'off the beaten track' so to say and I think you will be ok.

Keep the model covered until you are ready to take the shot, I think you should take an assistant (me :thumbs: ) who can cover and uncover the model as required.
 
I think some guy got hundreds of naked people to pose on the South Bank last year.....didn't seem to be any problem.

pretty sure you COULD get knicked for indecency or just causing an afray.
just pick your spot i suppose. not the local churchyard or playing field.
