sorry i meant i wouldnt mind a bit of personal use and maybe even send out the originals but for business they need to make a donation or something - to a charity (brummies next cam charity  )

sorry for being vague but i have a terrible cold and struggling to read to much with this headache. eye strain on the TFT :(

Might be an idea to put "All rights reserved" on there too - it indicates that you're aware of your rights and are prepared to assert them if need be, IIRC

anyone know of any pre writtenm stuff or should i just put the two suggestions on the bottom of ech photo??

You dont actually have to put ANYTHING at all - its a statutory right enshrined in UK (and some internationally agreed) laws.

Tacking "All Rights Reserved, copyright brummie" would do as a warning that you know what you are on about though but it isnt required. :)

The Law said:
The Photographer has the right to credit, which will be printed, on or in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions of the Photograph(s). The Photographer will assert his/her statutory right to be identified in the circumstances set out in sections 77-79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amended or re-enactment thereof.

Thats just for starters... :p :D

thx guys, i'll put the notices up :)

Have a good read through it. There's alot to it, but it does make common sense for those that haven't got a 100% financial/business interest in their work, as it allows a certain amount of free license to people, depending on which level you choose.

Which level did you choose?
