If it's going to be down to solicitors, then the best advice is to get your solicitor involved. Matters of law can be complex and you really need a professional to get involved

whats the actual problem?

are you a member of the NUJ?
Did you have a contract with the client?

poah

I client does not like the images, shes complained about the group shoots, bride & groom photoshoot and general pictures taken.
I've shown other photographers who think the client is taking me for a ride

im part of the MPA but not a qualified member yet.

What kind of solicitors should i contact? does it come under business law?

lol when are people ever happy. she hired you to take photos, you did and now she is complaining.

are they in focus, are they well exposed?

what does she not like about them.

Doesn't the MPA offer a mediation service.

At this point it may be prudent to consult your professional indemnity Insurers.

You do have insurance don't you

You should have written that in capitals.

The insurers will appoint a panel solicitor to deal with this if it gets that far.
