Legal advice appreciated - vehicle rejection

Context = a small two-seater Smart car on finance.
That doesn't equate to 'bags of money' to afford a solicitor.

"Bags of money" - your words not mine.

I wouldn't do this on my own - it needs professional help and if you make a claim and succeed youi will get the money back.

Rather that than not succeed and be stuck with a faulty car.

"If you can afford a Merc you can afford a solicitor"

Also check out your home insurance as lots of policies offer free legal helplines and also some offer legal expenses for certain disputes.

Definitely publicise it on Honest John and other motoring related sites.

A brand new car should work. Any faults that occur should be fixed first time. Quite often it is the lousy work quality of the dealer that causes the re-occurring faults anyway.

Thanks for your input.

The two most prominent and reoccuring faults are common, known, and dangerous, but no recall has occured. Mercedes Benz have modified parts to fit in each case but decide to leave their customers to breakdown before telling them this.

I'll do as you say :) thanks again
