Left or Right eye?

.... and for my party trick (given I write with my left hand) is writing with both hands at the same time in opposite directions so with my natural hand I write backwards and with the other I write normally.... yep... I'm wierd!! :cuckoo:

I can write backwards as well..... So nope your not weird we're just CLEVER!! people just think we're weird :cuckoo:

Its just the looks of amazement by somewhen you do write in front of them as they seem to talk slowly whilst they watch you write

I used to be able to write with my feet when I was younger (8yr old - so sometime ago) - althou my writing hasn't change that much neither as it still looks as tou I wrote with me feet :$

Ive just noticed something, i do everything right handed/footed, my left side is pretty useless tbh, but i do shooting with my Left eye.

I was wondering is this common? Which eye do you shoot with?

I am the same as you. Right handed, right footed, but my left eye is so dominant over my right it's not even funny. If I close my left eye, everything actually looks out of place. If my right eye were to become inoperable for whatever reason, I genuinely wouldn't miss it except for the fact that I would struggle with perception of distance.

Right eye dominant here, right handed, left footed but throw a frisbee in my left hand, I'm just odd.

I think some things can be learned. For instance I am right handed but I can't imagine shifting gears in a car with my right hand, for instance.

Right handed, but use left eye.

ever so often i will use my right eye but only for fast moving subjects or things like birds which are unpredictable as i can see what is going to enter the frame or where its gone out of the frame

I've always thought of my left eye as being stronger, but I shoot with my right eye, and the test showed I'm right eye dominant.

I am right handed ineverything, and normally for shooting use my right eye, only time I would use the left is difficult angle, position Etc

according to the test (which i've done several times), i'm left eye dominant (i'm also left handed), but i actually shoot with my right eye on the view finder. it just seems more comfortable.

hmmm i must be a bit of a strange one then as i'm predominantly right handed ( although 27 years in the workshop means i have developed good dexterity with both hands) and use my right eye for things like shooting rifles etc. also every time i try any kinda test my right eye is my dominant eye buuut..... i use my left eye with my camera

i guess it just feels more natural to lift the camera with my right hand, up to my left eye :thinking:

i suppose you just do what feels natural without even thinking about it

Im right handed but blind in my right eye so have to use the left eye.
Gutted as i cant fly a plane or be in the army..which is what i wanted to do as a kid.

the annoying thing is when im lookng through the viewfinder and on cold days the condensation left on your lcd screen and buttons is annoying to say the least.

I'm a right eye guy, when I use my left eye I end up getting out of focus pics. Right eye I get the results I want.

I have an LCD screen but never use it unless my clients asks for a sneak peak.

Well I'm right eyed all the way. My wife however is apparently left as we learned when she noticed all my shots were "upside down" compared to hers.

That was only using a little canon ixus though, cant imagine even being able to use a dslr on my left eye.

Am right handed, but have tried right eye shooting and it sjust doesnt feel right to me, so Im a left eye shooter
