Just turn the cam'ra around so the button is on the left  :D
And use your shoulder as a "rest" for the longer glass
The only drawback I can see is that you may have to have your eyes transplanted in to the back of you head, but if you have kids its a "double bonus"
HTH?

There is a very naff and cheap point and shoot made for left handed persons.

Other than that, get a Mamiya 645 Pro - and a left hand grip.

kids.. yes ..good idea that mate

cheers they are not to bad now "he says on his next pint of healing juice"

funny i've necer seen one advertised...

A quick google offers These as a solution for lefties... Its something that ive looked at before and would really like to have a bash with.

lol - motor wind for less than 20 quid. What more could one ask for?

I might have known... Go NIKON!

Anyone want a link to the Pro area of where to buy these has to be registered with Nikon as a Pro customer first. It's an order only production, but shows Nikon's commitment to their clients :clap::clap:

And Canon's version is...???

Hello
The only left hand camera I can remember was a Kyocera Samurai which was offered in let and right hand versions. It’s a half frame 35mm “bridge” camera. Not a great camera and I wouldn’t recommend one but you did ask! It was nicely made but didn’t seem to fit in any market (too big for a compact too basic for an SLR etc).
If any one has a serious long term problem it’s worth contacting the disabled photographers society (or association or whatever it is). They generally have a presence at Focus and will have come across all manor of solutions to various special need applications.

just tape a remote shutter release to the other side of your camera :p

Your problem is temporary; the rest are just freaks so who cares? :coat:

I met a photographer once who had no real use of her right hand - she could hold the camera, but her finger control wasn't good enough to deal with the shutter. She simply used a shutter release cable all the time with her left hand.

If I was to be confronted by somebody pointing something like that at me I would duck:eek:
